Kullanım Şartları

Astronorm uygulamasını ("Astronorm", "uygulama", "biz") kullanarak bu Kullanım Şartları'nı kabul etmiş olursunuz. Şartları kabul etmiyorsanız lütfen uygulamayı kullanmayın.
1. Uygunluk
Astronorm'u kullanmak için en az 13 yaşında olmalısınız. Bulunduğunuz ülke daha yüksek bir yaş gerektiriyorsa o yaşı karşılamalısınız.
2. Hizmet
Astronorm; doğum haritası, günlük/haftalık/aylık/yıllık yorumlar, ay defteri, uyum analizi, Voidra yapay zekâ soru-cevabı ve sesli meditasyon gibi özellikler sunar. Özellikleri zaman içinde değiştirebilir, ekleyebilir veya kaldırabiliriz.
3. Hesaplar
Giriş, Apple veya Google ile yapılır. Hesabınız altındaki etkinlikten siz sorumlusunuz. Yetkisiz kullanım fark ederseniz bize bildirin.
4. Abonelikler ve ödemeler
- Premium, otomatik yenilenen bir aboneliktir. Ücretlendirme ve yenileme Apple App Store veya Google Play hesabınız üzerinden yapılır.
- Fiyatlar, mağazanızda yerel para biriminde gösterilir. Sunulduğunda ücretsiz deneme süresi geçerli olabilir.
- Abonelik, mevcut dönemin bitiminden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmezse otomatik yenilenir. Aboneliğinizi cihazınızın mağaza abonelik ayarlarından yönetebilir veya iptal edebilirsiniz.
- İadeler, ilgili mağazanın (Apple/Google) politikalarına tâbidir. Tüketici olarak yasal cayma haklarınız saklıdır.
5. Kabul edilebilir kullanım
Uygulamayı hukuka aykırı amaçlarla kullanmamayı; tersine mühendislik yapmamayı, hizmeti aksatmamayı veya başkalarının haklarını ihlal etmemeyi kabul edersiniz. Voidra'yı zararlı, yanıltıcı veya kötüye kullanım amaçlı içerik üretmek için kullanamazsınız.
6. İçeriğiniz ve yapay zekâ
Ay defteri notlarınız ve eklediğiniz bilgiler size aittir. Hizmeti sunabilmemiz (saklama, senkron, görüntüleme) için bize sınırlı bir kullanım hakkı verirsiniz. Voidra ve yorumlar yapay zekâ ile üretilir; doğru, eksiksiz veya size özel uygun olduğu garanti edilmez ve "olduğu gibi" sunulur.
7. Fikrî mülkiyet
Astronorm markası, tasarımı, yazılımı ve içerikleri bize veya lisans verenlerimize aittir ve telif/ticari marka yasalarıyla korunur. Kişisel, ticari olmayan kullanım dışında izinsiz çoğaltamaz veya dağıtamazsınız.
8. Garanti reddi ve sorumluluğun sınırı
Hizmet "olduğu gibi" ve "mevcut hâliyle" sunulur. Yürürlükteki yasaların izin verdiği azami ölçüde, dolaylı, arızi veya sonuçsal zararlardan sorumlu değiliz. Sorumluluğumuz, hiçbir hâlde son 12 ayda Astronorm'a ödediğiniz tutarı aşmaz. Tüketici mevzuatından doğan zorunlu haklarınız bu maddeden etkilenmez.
9. Fesih · Uygulanacak hukuk · Değişiklik · İletişim
Fesih: Bu şartları ihlal etmeniz hâlinde erişiminizi askıya alabilir veya sonlandırabiliriz. Hesabınızı dilediğiniz zaman uygulama içinden silebilirsiniz.
Uygulanacak hukuk: Bu şartlar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti yasalarına tâbidir; bulunduğunuz ülkedeki zorunlu tüketici hakları saklıdır.
Değişiklik: Şartları güncelleyebiliriz; önemli değişiklikleri bildiririz. Güncel tarih en üstte yer alır.

By using the Astronorm app ("Astronorm", "the app", "we"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Astronorm. If your country requires a higher age, you must meet that age.
2. The service
Astronorm offers features such as a birth chart, daily/weekly/monthly/yearly readings, a moon journal, compatibility analysis, the Voidra AI question-and-answer feature, and audio meditation. We may change, add, or remove features over time.
3. Accounts
Sign-in is via Apple or Google. You are responsible for activity under your account. Please notify us if you notice unauthorized use.
4. Subscriptions & payments
- Premium is an auto-renewing subscription. Billing and renewal are handled through your Apple App Store or Google Play account.
- Prices are shown in your local currency in your store. A free trial may apply where offered.
- The subscription auto-renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel from your device's store subscription settings.
- Refunds are subject to the relevant store's (Apple/Google) policies. Your statutory consumer withdrawal rights are preserved.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the app for unlawful purposes, not to reverse-engineer it, not to disrupt the service, and not to infringe others' rights. You may not use Voidra to generate harmful, deceptive, or abusive content.
6. Your content & AI
Your moon journal notes and the information you add belong to you. You grant us a limited right to use them so we can provide the service (storage, sync, display). Voidra and readings are AI-generated; they are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or suitable for you and are provided "as is".
7. Intellectual property
The Astronorm brand, design, software, and content belong to us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy or distribute them without permission, beyond personal, non-commercial use.
8. Disclaimer & limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. In no event shall our liability exceed the amount you paid to Astronorm in the past 12 months. Mandatory rights under consumer law are not affected by this clause.
9. Termination · Governing law · Changes · Contact
Termination: We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms. You can delete your account at any time from within the app.
Governing law: These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye; mandatory consumer rights in your country are preserved.
Changes: We may update these terms; we will notify you of material changes. The current date appears at the top.
