Hesap ve veri silme
Hesabını ve ona bağlı tüm verileri istediğin zaman kalıcı olarak silebilirsin.
Uygulama içinden silme (önerilen)
- Astronorm'u aç → Profil sekmesine git.
- Ayarlar → Hesabı sil'i seç.
- Onayla. İşlem geri alınamaz.
E-posta ile silme
Uygulamaya erişemiyorsan, hesabınla ilişkili e-posta adresinden support@astronorm.com adresine "Hesap silme talebi" konulu bir e-posta gönder. Kimliğini doğruladıktan sonra talebini en geç 30 gün içinde işleriz.
Silinen veriler
Hesap silindiğinde şunlar kalıcı olarak silinir: profilin ve doğum bilgilerin, doğum haritası yorumların, ay defteri notların ve sesli kayıtların, eklediğin partnerler, uyum geçmişin, Voidra soru-cevap geçmişin, bildirim token'ların, yıllık/dönemsel raporların ve premium yetki (entitlement) kaydın.
Saklanabilecek veriler
Yasal yükümlülükler (örn. muhasebe/vergi için işlem kayıtları) veya güvenlik amacıyla sınırlı bilgiler gerekli süre boyunca saklanabilir. Abonelik geçmişi App Store/Google Play tarafında ayrıca tutulabilir — aboneliğini mağaza hesabından da iptal etmeyi unutma.
Account & data deletion
You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time.
Delete in the app (recommended)
- Open Astronorm → go to the Profile tab.
- Choose Settings → Delete account.
- Confirm. The action cannot be undone.
Delete by email
If you can't access the app, email support@astronorm.com from the address linked to your account, with the subject "Account deletion request". After verifying your identity, we will process your request within 30 days.
Data that is deleted
When your account is deleted, the following are permanently removed: your profile and birth details, birth-chart interpretations, moon journal notes and voice recordings, partners you added, compatibility history, Voidra question-and-answer history, notification tokens, yearly/periodic reports, and your premium entitlement record.
Data that may be retained
Limited information may be kept for the required period to meet legal obligations (e.g. transaction records for accounting/tax) or for security. Subscription history may also be retained by the App Store/Google Play — remember to cancel your subscription in your store account too.
